Fire crew tackle shed blaze at Fearnhead

FIREFIGHTERS were called out today (Friday) to tackle a shed blaze at Fearnhead, Warrington.

At 12:19 one crew from Warrington was called out to reports of a shed on fire on Winfrith Road, Fearnhead.

On arrival, they found a shed was well alight.
Firefighters wore breathing apparatus and used a hose reel jet to extinguish the fire.
A thermal imaging camera was used to check for hot spots and the area was dampened down.
There was no report of any injuries.
