Driver charged following crash in Tannery Lane, Penketh

A 23-year-old man from Warrington has been charged with driving offences following a crash in Tannery Lane, Penketh, on Tuesday (January 17).
Patrick Mazur, of Tilston Avenue, Latchford, was arrested by police on the day of the incident.
He has since been charged with driving while disqualified and driving without insurance.
Mazur was remanded in custody and is due to appear at Warrington Magistrates’ Court on Thursday February 16.
