PLANS to convert farm buildings formerly used for egg production to workshop/storage units at Rixton have been submitted to Warrington planning chiefs.
The scheme is at Love Brothers Ltd, Clevelands Farm, Moss Side Lane, Rixton.
A new hedgerow will be planted to provide landscaping and wildlife habitats and the former [poultry buildings will be improved by re-cladding.
Warrington Borough Council planners have been told the poultry operation ceased some years ago and two farm buildings have already been converted for workshop/storage use.
The main business carried on is now arable cropping.
The scheme will include parking provisions for 22 cars, nine-light goods vehicles and nine cycles.
