POLICE were once again deployed to Warrington town centre to tackle issues involving youths and anti-social behaviour.
AS part of #OpJingles two officers conducted a high-visibility foot patrol around Warrington Town Centre yesterday afternoon.
Several youths were asked to leave the Town Centre due to acting in an anti-social manner.
Several Officers later attended after further reports of anti-social behaviour in and around the Town Centre.
There have been numerous incidents of anti-social behaviour in recent months, with police having to issue dispersal orders in the town centre, preventing youths from returning.
A lot of the anti-social behaviour has been based around the town’s bus station.
On one occasion a youth boarded a bus, reversing it into a wall!
Project Servator is officially up and running in Warrington and our specially trained officers could be deployed anywhere in Cheshire at any time to disrupt crime.
Here’s CI Drum and Sgt Robinson speaking about the tactic.
