POLICE are investigating after fire broke out in a disused building in Farrell Street, Warrington, last night.
The blaze was reported shortly after 9 pm and a fire crew from Warrington Fire Station used a hose reel jet to extinguish it and then carried out a full check of the building.
It appeared to have been started deliberately and involved a camping tent at the external entrance to the building.
Police were informed because arson was suspected.
