GLAZEBURY Cricket Club is to hold its annual general meeting (AGM) at the George and Dragon pub on Thursday, November 24 starting at 7pm – followed by the annual trophy presentation.
All members – including junior members and their parents – are invited to attend and have a say on any matters important to them and the club.
Among items on the agenda will be the selection of captains and other club officials to serve on the executive committee.
Any proposals should be submitted by email to club secretary John Acton at [email protected] before the date of the meeting.
Glazebury 1st XI enjoyed a successful season the UKFast Cheshire Cricket League, coming fourth in division three.
The 2nd XI – which some weeks struggled for players – fared less well, coming bottom of their division.
New members are always welcome at the Hurst Lane club.
