THE Green Party have chosen committee member Denise Harris to represent them as their candidate in the Grappenhall by-election on 29 September.
Green Party leader Lyndsay McAteer says a vote for Denise is a vote for a Green voice “who is not afraid to stand up for people and the environment”.
The Green Party is opposed to building houses on the green belt and to the expansive plans outlined in the Council’s Local Plan, which they say will decimate the surrounding countryside.
Denise has been a member of the Green Party for 8 years. She is married with 2 children and 2 grandchildren.
Denise is passionate about recycling and the environment and is a fresh voice that can make a big difference in the local area. She will always find answers for people and help them in whichever way she can.
Lyndsay added: “We urge you to vote Green for Denise Harris in the Grappenhall by-election at the end of September”.
