FIREFIGHTERS helped rescue a trapped driver after a car collided with a lamp post at Lymm earlier today, Tuesday.
At 08:47 one crew from Lymm as called to reports of a collision involving a vehicle on Higher Lane, Lymm.
Firefighters had to move a vehicle from where it had collided with a lamp post so they could release the driver who was trapped.
Once the car was moved the casualty was able to walk from the vehicle aided by ambulance staff.
