Vandals blamed for wheelie bin fire

VANDALS are being blamed for a fire involving a wheelie bin in Watkin Street, Warrington late last night.
Firefighters were call to the scene and used a hose reel jet to extinguish the b laze. They called in police after deciding the fire had been deliberately started.
There was no damage to property.
