7 great things to do in Warrington

This museum and gallery are a great fit for a rainy or cloudy day or when you do not want to enjoy the sun. You will find super interesting exhibits that you will not find elsewhere. Even the kids will love this museum.

3. Grappenhall Heys Walled Garden

This garden is just beautiful, and it is a great place for a picnic on a sunny day. You can go for a walk around the garden, picnic or you can enjoy a good coffee and some freshly baked goods in the café.   

4. Apple Jacks Adventure

If you want some affordable fun for the whole family, this is the place for you. There are plenty of indoor and outdoor activities, best described as an adventure playground, a perfect activity this summer.

5. Sankey Valley Park

Another beautiful park for a nice walk or a picnic. You will not find a café here, but you can bring your own snacks, enjoy the canal or take the whole group for a bike ride through the park.

6. Team Sport Go Karting

Yes, go-karting! This is the perfect activity if the weather prevents you from being outside. Enjoy some great fun and excitement at this great go-karting park. A day well spent. 

7. Bridgewater Canal

A beautiful canal that is worth a visit if you are going for a walk or a bike ride. Bike or walk along the canal and enjoy the peaceful afternoon.
