GLORIOUS sunshine greeted villagers and stall holders as Winwick Carnival made a welcome return after an absence of three years.
Entertainment included Andrew Van Buren and his fantastic Victorian Theatre Of Wonders, Steve Kaos a brilliant circus entertainer, the ever-fascinating Vale Royal Birds Of Prey plus the wonderful boys & girls from Legends Dance Academy.
There was also Brian Gore’s Punch & Judy for the smaller children, side stalls, craft & charity stalls, wood carving and the thrilling fun rides of Silcock’s Funfair plus much much more!!
Local authors Jackson Beck and Fiona Forsyth were also on hand to sign copies of their latest books.
