POLICE are investigating reports of hare coursing and lamping in the wooded area around Grappenhall Heys, Warrington.
Local officers are asking members of the public not to approach those involved but report any suspected incidents via 101 or online at CLICK HERE
Hare coursing is the use of dogs to chase, catch and kill hares, made illegal under the Hunting Act 2004.
Lamping is the use high-powered lamps to find the animals.
