Warrington Borough Council planners say the proposed dwelling would be in keeping with neighbouring properties and the character of the area.
It would not have a significantly overbearing impact on neighbouring properties or gardens and the long-term viability of protected trees on the site can be assured. Off-street parking proposals complied with borough council standards.
