HOUSEHOLD name Hoover has agreed a deal to become the main sponsor of the Warrington Wolves women’s team.

The initial 12-month deal puts the domestic appliance manufacturer on the front of the women’s shirts.

They have been the main sponsor of the men’s team since the beginning of 2020.

Karl Fitzpatrick, CEO at Warrington Wolves, said: “Warrington Wolves are proud to be strengthening our
successful relationship with such a big blue-chip brand as Hoover.

“As Official Club Sponsors for a number of years now it’s great to see their continued support for both the men’s and women’s teams and we’re pleased to be working with this iconic brand, whereby we can support one another locally and give back to the community.”

The deal was put in place ahead of the kit unveil on March 8, coinciding with International Women’s Day.

The new kit took place on March 13.

The sponsorship also includes branding rights at the Halliwell Jones Stadium and on the club’s digital platforms.

Antony Peart, Director of Brand and Communications at Hoover Candy Group, added: “As a business that’s based in Warrington, we’re excited to become the main sponsors of the Warrington Wolves Women’s Team.

“Both brands share a passion for performance and being the very best at what we do, and we can’t
wait to see what this season brings.”
