M62 reopened following multi-vehicle collision

THE M62 near Warrington has fully reopened following a multi-vehicle collision during the early hours of this morning.

The Westbound between J8 (Warrington) and J7 (Rainhill) near the Burtonwood interchange was closed following the collision, while recovery work took place.

Traffic stopped #M62 westbound following a multi vehicle collision between J8 (#Warrington) and J7 (#Rainhill).
