WARRINGTON Rylands have announced their festive fixture at home against 1874 Northwich scheduled for Monday 27th December has been postponed for Covid-19 related reasons.
The Gorsey Lane club was without three players, plus manager and assistant, for last weekend’s game at Leek Town due to Covid and it is belived that there are an increased number of cases within the Rylands camp.
Advance ticket sales will be refunded and a new date for the game will be announced in due course.
The club are hopeful enough cases will have cleared to enable the New Year’s Day game at Widnes to go ahead.
