AFTER beating Newcastle Town 5-2 last weekend to move up to second in the NPL West table, Warrington Rylands travel to Leek Town on Saturday for their last game before Christmas.
Kick off for the NPL West clash at Harrison Park ST13 8LD will be 3pm with bar & cafe open. Admission prices are adults £10, concessions £6, U16-U8 £3, U8s Free.
Rylands opened their first season with a 2-0 win over Leek Town and will be looking for a repeat in Staffordshire against a team in 6th place in the table 6pt behind Rylands, although it won’t be easy as assistant manager Fraser Ablett acknowledges “we know it will be a really difficult game next week away to Leek, they’ve also been in good form, so it will be tough.”
Having beaten Bootle and league leaders Marine in their two previous games, Leek came a cropper last Saturday when despite taking a first minute lead they conceded two second half goals to lose 2-1 at 5th placed Trafford.
