Traffic calming road humps scheduled for Dallam Lane and Foundry Street

TRAFFIC calming measures are scheduled to take place on Dallam Lane and Foundry Street, Warrington, with new roads humps.

Warrington Borough Council intends, as part of its traffic calming proposals, to install traffic calming features, to regulate the speed of traffic under Section 90A to the Highways Act 1980, with the effects detailed in the Schedule to this notice.

Deposited documents may be viewed on-line at https://www.warrington.gov.uk/permanent-traffic-regulation-orders or Town Hall Reception, Town Hall, Sankey Street, Warrington, WA1 1UH between 9am & 5pm, Monday to Friday.

All representations both in support or objecting to the proposals must be in writing either by post to Rebecca Lee of Legal Services or delivered by hand to the address above or emailed to [email protected] by 9th December 2021 and all objections must specify the grounds on which they are made.

Please note that all representations received may be considered in public by the Council and that the substance of any representation together with the name and address of the person making it could become available for public inspection.

Location Description

Dallam Lane Approximately 20 metres south east of its junction with Tanners Lane to its junction with Foundry Street. Full width flat top road hump 125mm high.

Foundry Street From its junction with Dallam Lane to and including its cul de sac end at its northernmost and southernmost extents. Full width, flat top road hump 125mm high.
