POLICE in Warrington have today launched “Operation Treacle” tackling anti-social behaviour in the lead up to Halloween and Bonfire night.

Patrols are currently out and about throughout Warrington dealing with any anti-social behaviour issues.
Every year anti-social behaviour sees an increase at this time of the year so police are asking parents and guardians to check up on youngsters and see what they are doing tonight.
As part of Operation Treacle Officers will be actively targeting likely hotspots and will be on patrol ready to respond to incidents.
As always, report crime or antisocial behaviour on 101, or 999 in an emergency.
