WARRINGTON-based specialist dementia care village operator Belong, which has a location on Loushers Lane, Latchford, has been listed as a Top 20 Mid-size Care Home Group by leading online review site carehome.co.uk.

The rankings are based on verified customer reviews, with Belong achieving an average review score of 9.8 out of 10 from residents and their relatives across its seven villages in the North West for the past year. Belong Warrington achieved a respective score of 9.7.

Customers leaving reviews are asked to rate all aspects of a care home’s offering, including its people, care and support, management, facilities, and overall value for money.
One recent five-star review from a relative of a resident at Belong Warrington said: “Went to visit my mother today after 3 months. I saw her in her room on her household. I was absolutely blown away by the way she looked and the amazing amount of care she is being given. The staff were so welcoming and couldn’t do enough for both mum and me during my visit. I left after my visit with a spring in my step. So lovely to know mum is being given amazing care from all the staff.”
Commenting on the results, Belong’s Chief Operating Officer, Stacey McCann, said: “The fact that the awards are based on reviews by people that we support and their relatives across all Belong villages is testament to consistency in achieving the highest standards of care and a reflection of the hard work and dedication of our teams.”
