Firefighters called after car collides with electricity box

FIREFIGHTERS were called out shortly before 4pm on Sunday afternoon following reports of a car colliding with an electricity box near Warrington town centre.

Shortly before 4pm Fone fire crew from Penketh was called following reports of a collision involving one car and an electricity box on Parker Street.
On arrival, the crew made the scene safe and cordoned off the area.

There were no reports of any injuries.
