VANDALS are believed to have started a fire on open land off Alder Lane, Warrington, last night (Wednesday).
A fire engine from Warrington Fire Station was sent to the scene and firefighters used water to extinguish the blaze which involved rubbish in bushes.
Anyone with information about the incident is asked to call Cheshire Police on 101, quoting IML 1064216.
