College celebrates outstanding vocational results with 100 percent pass rate

WARRINGTON & Vale Royal College is celebrating this year’s vocational results and is extremely proud of how hard students have worked to achieve such impressive grades.

Students achieved an incredible 100% pass rate, with 75% of Level 3 BTEC students achieving Distinction grades and 98% achieving Merit grades.
The students are now looking forward to taking their next steps, with record numbers progressing onto their first-choice university for further study.
Level 3 Health & Social Care students Jade Woods and Mason Dodd (pictured) achieved an overall A grade and B grade respectively, and will both be heading to Edge Hill University this September to study Psychology & Criminology.
Level 3 Art & Design student Molly Horrocks, who achieved a Distinction grade, said: “I’m delighted with my results and so pleased I’ve got into university. I will be studying Photography at Manchester Metropolitan University.”

The college’s Warrington campus is open for school leaver enrolment 10am-7pm on Thursday 12th of August and 9am-4pm on Friday 13th of August. There will be further enrolment sessions taking place for both schools leavers and adults throughout August (9am-7pm on Thursdays, 9am-4pm every other weekday).
