A Warrington-based site manager has been recognised with a prestigious industry award for the third year, for his hard work and dedication.

Wayne Marsden is currently site manager at Bloor Homes’ Lingley Green development in Warrington and he has once again been named as a winner in the first round of the National House Building Council’s (NHBC) Pride in the Job Awards 2021.

He is one of just 450 site managers selected from thousands across UK to receive the award for achieving excellent standards in house building.
A Pride in the Job award is the most prestigious industry accolade, and competition gets tougher each year. The winners of the award will now go forward to compete for the Seal of Excellence and Regional Award titles, which will be announced in September.
James Clark, Regional Managing Director at Bloor Homes Northwest, said: “To win this award for the third year really demonstrates the commitment of Wayne and his team to deliver homes to the highest standard. We are proud that he has been recognised with this award again, it’s a great achievement and very well deserved.”
