Firefighters help rescue injured man trapped on building site scaffolding

A FIRE crew helped rescue a man who suffered a leg injury while working on scaffolding on a building site in Warrington, earlier today, Tuesday.

Firefighters from Warrington were called to the building site in Delta Crescent, Westbrook following reports of a casualty stuck on the second floor of scaffolding.
The crew used an aerial ladder platform to assist paramedics rescuing the man who had a leg injury.



The man was assessed by paramedics at height and was brought to safety using a hydraulic platform.
