POLICE have issued a dispersal order at Woolston Park following ongoing issues with large groups of youths gathering and causing anti-social behaviour.
Rixton & Woolston officers are appealing to Parents/carers to check up where their teenage children are.
Patrols have been out on Woolston Park, where officers encountered large groups of teenagers gathering, some drinking alcohol. A dispersal order has been now authorised for the area following reports of 100+ youths drinking, littering and being a danger to the public and themselves by gathering in such numbers.
Meanwhile on Friday night eight members of Cheshire Police Special Constabulary team supported “Op Street Safe” with youth partner agencies alongside Warrington Borough Council – focusing on open spaces across Warrington.
They responded proactively and reactively) to anti-social behaviour concerns around the community.
