ONE fire crew from Warrington was called out earlier today, Tuesday, following reports of a van fire on Lovely Lane.
Shortly after 3.30pm firefighters were informed of a fire involving a van in Lovely Lane, Warrington. On arrival the crew discovered that the fire was in the vehicle’s engine compartment.
Firefighters used a hose reel jet to extinguish the small fire and make the van safe.
They were in attendance for around 10 minutes.
The fire is believed to have been caused by an overheated engine.
