  1. I’ve reported to Ballater Drive playing fields area and the Mill House car park for youths in card drinking and playing loud music PCSO Neil is on the case in Cinnamon Bro – Poulton North as a former Parish Councillor I remember the youths that used to ruin our meetings and the late Cllr Colin Oliver, and Alan O’ Hanlon used to go outside to move them on. We often had to confront the youths just to get into the Community Centre and poor Gary lost his life in the street next to the Centre. We don’t want the city behaviour that is happening across the Town to lead to murder again.
