THE Met Office has issued a yellow warning for heavy rain in the Warrington area for tomorrow (Saturday)
This could bring some flooding and transport disruption.
Homes and businesses could be flooded, causing damage to some buildings.
Fast flowing or deep floodwater is possible, as are delays or cancellations to train and bus services.
Spray and flooding could lead to difficult driving conditions and some road closures.
Some communities could be cut off by flooded roads and power cuts and the loss of other services could occur.
However, the Environment Agency has not issued any flood alerts for the Warrington area.
