Fire breaks out in children’s playground

A FIRE in a children’s playground at Fearnhead, Warrington was dealt with by a fire crew from the town’s fire station.
Firefighters used a hose reel jet on the blaze in Lysander Park which involved a climbing frame which was well alight.
No cause has been given for the outbreak – but it seems unlikely to have been accidental.
