POLICE have arrested a man in Greater Manchester earlier today in connection with a raid on the Co-op store in Latchford village last May, targeting the cash machine.
Officers from the Warrington Beat Initiative Team have today arrested, charged and remanded a male from the Greater Manchester area for the ATM attack at Latchford Co-Op in May. The Male will be appearing in court tomorrow for burglary.
The incident took place at around 10.46pm on Thursday 28 May when offenders approached the Co-operative convenience store at Bridge Shopping Centre on Maybrook Place in two vehicles.
The Offenders forced open the shutter doors. Once inside they attempted to remove the cash machine however it remained intact.
