A VAN crashed into a wall at Penketh, Warrington last night following a two vehicle collision.
The incident was in Widnes Road, Penketh and fire engines from Penketh and Widnes were sent to the scene.
A car and the van were involved in the crash and, as a result, the van collided with the wall of a nearby building. The drivers of both vehicles escaped serious injury but were checked over by paramedics.
Fire crews isolated the van’s battery and removed the car from the road and also checked the building for safety. The two drivers did not require hospital treatment.
