POLICE are appealing for help to try and trace a “lazy and disgusting” fly-tipper who has dumped bags of rubbish and food related waste in a country lane at Cuerdley near Penketh, Warrington.

The bags of rubbish and waste have been dumped on Marsh Lane, Cuerdley.
Local police described it as “disgusting and lazy behaviour” and say footage in the area will be reviewed and details passed onto Warrington Borough Council.
If anyone has information they are asked to get in touch via 101.

Meanwhile Penketh & Cuerdley Borough Councillor Cllr Geoff Fellows posted on social media: “Disappointing and saddened to see, angered someone would do this. Re-cycling and refuse centres are open now and accepting waste like this with very little waiting times. I hope there is evidence or witnesses to trace this back to the fly-tipper.”
