RAIN failed to dampen spirits as Warrington residents again turned out in force to “clap for carers.”
Across the town local residents stood in their dorways and took to the streets for the weekly “clap for carers” to show appreciation for the hard working NHS and key workers during the COVID-19 pandemic.
AS well as clapping, whistling, cheeting some streets burst into song despite the rain!
Pictured are neighbours Warren Davies and Alison Benson “singing in the rain” to show their appreciation for carers and the NHS.
