A violent man arrested at Whitecross, Warrington on Saturday night was found in possession of a metal bar and cocaine.
The male was arrested at 8pm accused of assault, possession of a metal bar as an offensive weapon and possession of Cocaine.
He was taken into custody pending further investigations.
Meanwhile in another incident a man was arrested at a hotel in the Warrington area afor alleged domestic assault on his partner.
In another incident two males were arrested during a disturbance in the town centre at 2am and taken into custody accused of being drunk and disorderly.
They were released this morning after being isued with a penalty notice.
