Man arrested following pub fracas

A MAN is in police custody at Warrington after being arrested following a fracas in a town centre pub.
The incident was at a pub in Buttermarket Street and police were called following reports of a violent incident.
One officer arrived before his colleagues and is alleged to have become involved in a struggle with a man who was later arrested for alleged assault, criminal damage to a pub window and a breach of a public order.
