A 1,300 sq metre extension is to be built at a Warrington care home – providing an additional 32 bedrooms.
Rosevilla residential area, at Collins Green, already has 42 purpose built room and the extension, designed by Dove Architecture and Interiors will help meeting a shortage of residential care for the elderly in the area.
It will also improve facilities for existing residents – the extension is designed specifically for people with dementia.
Rosevilla has been part of the local community for more than 30 years.
The development has already been given planning consent by Warrington Borough Council
