Facelift plan for office units

PLANNING chiefs at Warrington are to be asked to approve the refurbishment of two office units at Tanning Court, Howley.
The work will consist of installing two first floor replacement windows and a new access ramp at the front of the buildings and replacement of roller shutter doors at the rear of the buildings with new windows and brick infill and the installation of two replacement first floor windows.
Tanning Court is made up of three separate buildings housing a total of 20 individual units for light industrial and office uses.
The two units to be refurbished are council-owned and are in the northernmost building, which contains five other units.
Warrington’s development management committee will decide if the scheme can go ahead.
