Police hunt man who failed to appear on assault charge

POLICE are asking the public to help them trace a 27-year-old man from Warrington who is wanted after failing to appear in court.
Warrington Magistrates’ Court has issued a warrant for the arrest of Scott Stevens, who was recently known to be living in King George Crescent, Padgate.
The warrant was issued after Stevens failed to appear at court to answer an assault charge.
Stevens is described is around 5’ 11” tall of slim build. He has brown hair and blue eyes and is believed to be in the Warrington or Newcastle upon Tyne areas.
