Two men arrested after town centre street fight

POLICE were called to Warrington town centre in the early hours of the morning after reports of a street fight.
Two men were arrested in Bridge Street on suspicion of causing an affray.
One of the men was alleged to have been seen swinging a belt around his head.
In another incident, late last night, a man was arrested in Chester Road on an allegation of being drunk and disorderly.
It was also alleged he was found to be in possession of cannabis and a knife.
