Vandals start grass fire at Warrington

VANDALS started a fire involving grass and bushes at Warrington last night.
The tinder-dry vegetation burned quickly and was spreading until firefighters arrived at the scene off High Gates Close and extinguised the blaze.
Crews were at the scene for about 40 minutes.
