AFTER reports of thefts and arson at Warrington, police moved in and arrested four youths.
It is alleged a number of wheelie bins were stolen and taken to the Radley Common area where they were set alight.
Fire crews dealt with the blazing bins and police detained the youths alleged to have been responsible.
They were subsequently questioned and are being dealt with.
