Hate crime and threats alleged at shelter for homeless

TWO men have been arrested at Warrington following two separate incidents at a nightshelter for the homeless in the town centre
One man was arrested for possessing an offensive weapon following allegations he had threatened a member of staff  with a metal bar.
In another incident, a man was arrested for an alleged disability hate crime.
Both men were placed in custody.
