Have your say – Warrington Your Way consultation

1

RESIDENTS who have experienced mental health illness or accessed mental health services are being urged to share their views with Warrington Borough Council.
The council is reviewing Warrington Your Way – a day service for adults with mental health problems.
A range of options are being considered for the future of the Warrington Your Way service, which is currently based on Allen Street, Bewsey.
Anybody wishing to have their say can do so online at warrington.gov.uk/consultations.
Cllr Pat Wright, the council’s lead member for statutory health and social care, said: “The council would like to hear the views of anyone who has experienced mental health illness and accessed mental health services locally. The local advocacy service, Speak up Together, will be
facilitating a series of consultation and engagement groups with service users across the borough over the coming weeks.”
The consultation closing date is Tuesday October 24.

  1. I’m sure that the Warrington Bipolar Support Group that I facilitate will be making a contribution to this as several of our members have found it useful.
