Network Warrington is launching a shuttle bus service for those travelling to Creamfields between Thursday 24 and Sunday 27 August.

The bus company will be ferrying festival-goers from both Warrington Interchange and Stevenson Square in Manchester to the festival every hour from 9am-7pm on Thursday 24 and Friday 25 August.

They will then operate buses to and from the site over the weekend starting at 9am on the Saturday until 1pm on Monday 28 August.

Ben Wakerley, Managing Director at Network Warrington, said: “Festival season is upon us and we’re pleased to be playing our part to help the thousands of festival-goers making the journey to Creamfields for the August bank holiday.

“The frequency of our buses and the highly competitive price is a winning combination and will also help to ease the anticipated traffic congestion in the area over the weekend.

“We hope everyone has a brilliant time at Creamfields next week – I’ve got my glow sticks and sun cream at the ready!”

Buses from Warrington will cost £3.50 for a single or £7 return and will be departing from Stand 1 in the interchange. Tickets can be purchased online or on the day from the interchange but will be cash only.

Buses from Manchester will cost £6 for a single or £12 return and will depart from stand EB at Stevenson Square but only advance, pre-booked tickets for the outward bound leg will be accepted.
