WARRINGTON Wolves’ mascot Wolfie was on hand to help officially open Millercare’s new mobility and healthcare superstore in the town.

The mobility specialist and healthcare company has been in business for more than 60 years, providing a wide range of items to help maintain freedom, independence and dignity and the new Warrington Superstore, on Kerfoot Street/Winwick Road, has recently opened, joining 15 other locations across the North West, as well as an existing store at Manchester Road Warrington.

Friendly and expert staff offer advice on an extensive range of aids for better living and a wide variety of lifestyle solutions, from beds and bathing accessories, scooters to slippers, wheelchairs and walking aids.

Residents old and young can find the right product to buy or hire, perfectly suited to their specific needs at Millercare, this is offered with exceptional customer service to match.
Shopping at the new superstore is easy, as customers can take advantage of the dedicated free car park located at the side of the store before browsing in the spacious showroom which has good access.

Branch manager Julie Kitson and the team are always on hand to offer helpful words of advice and discuss requirements, a friendly face when you need it most.

This is a no-pressure showroom which offers a warm welcome to all, no purchase is necessary and a free gift is available for everyone who comes through the doors.

Julie commented: “The new Millercare superstore on Kerfoot Street/Winwick Road will complement our existing store, but has the capacity to carry a much bigger range of products.”
At 5000sqft the superstore will carry the most comprehensive range of mobility and healthcare products in the area, is easily accessible with full disabled access as well as having disabled car parking spaces.

Julie continued: “I look forward to welcoming customers to our new superstore to see the vast range of products that we will have in stock, or for your convenience our Manchester Road, Warrington store will be open as usual.

“We have excellent links with the NHS, professional bodies, local charities and organisations, so if we can’t help a customer there and then, we can always point them in the right direction.”

Millercare Mobility Specialists prides itself on being so much more than “just a mobility shop”.

For complete peace of mind, a dedicated service centre is open 365 days a year, staffed with trained engineers on hand to service and repair a range of products.

The company is the only official Stannah Centre of Excellence in the Warrington area and customers can also purchase a scooter or powered wheelchair from Millercare, winners of the National

Motability Dealer Award in 2016, while taking advantage of the nationally recognised Motability scheme.

As part of its unparalleled customer service experience, Millercare Mobility Specialists has its own occupational therapist providing free home assessments to ensure each individual gets the right product and feels comfortable using it.

Julie added: “We can arrange for a no-obligation home visit to suit customers, there is absolutely no pressure to buy if a customer decides against it. Peace of mind comes with every purchase with a range of service and insurance programmes available, including warranties from 12 months to 5 years”

“What’s more, we offer an excellent part exchange scheme. Coupled with competitive prices and a range of opening offers and loyalty schemes, it’s well worth popping down to the new Warrington superstore and take a look around”

Julie concluded: “Usually, when a person or a relative gets to a point where they need one of our products, they have enough to worry about as it is without hidden charges and unclear pricing. That is why we offer our customers a Freephone number that they can call to speak to us about what they need and what we can offer”.

A free 196-page catalogue shows their clearly priced range of products, many of which are VAT free.
