WARRINGTON Borough Council, in common with all other authorities across the country, will at 11am tomorrow be observing the national one minute’s silence in respect of those who died or were injured in the London terrorist atrocity.
The Mayor, Cllr Les Morgan, will observe the silence at the Town Hall.
Meanwhile, the Town Hall flag is being flown at half-mast in tribute to the victims of the atrocity and will remain so until 8pm tomorrow.
