A NEW Budget Boosting club has been launched by Warrington Borough Council – the eighth to open in various locations across the town.
The new club is based at Burtonwood Library, in Chapel Lane, and will run at the second and fourth Thursday of each month.
Run by the council’s west neighbourhood team, the club aims to help people find a job and boost their household income.
The team is available to help with writing a CV or covering letter, completing a job application, accessing the internet, job searches, and interview skills and benefits advice.
The clubs are free to join and are aimed at people who are struggling to get a job or struggling to manage their finances.
