Woman taken to hospital after log burner blaze

A woman was taken to hospital suffering from smoke inhalation following a fire at her home involving a log burner and flue.

Firefighters used chimney rods to extinguish the fire at the property on Renynolds Street, Latchford, Warrington, last night.

One female occupant suffered smoke inhalation. She was taken to hospital in an ambulance.
