Affordable homes plan set to be approved

PLANS for 21 two-bedroomed affordable homes for rent come before Warrington’s development management committee tomorrow.
The development, put forward by Helena Partnerships, is on land currently owned by the borough council at the Harrison Centre, Boulting Avenue.
Demolition of the Harrison Centre to make way for the development has already been confirmed as not requiring planning approval.
Officers are recommending the scheme be approved.
